OUR PAST INITIATIVES

Makgadikgadi JSS Smart STEM Hub

As part of the Debswana Orapa Mine Corporate Social Investment (CSI) programme, TEAM proudly designed, manufactured, supplied and donated a 7m × 6.8m mobile unit to serve as the Smart STEM Hub for Makgadikgadi Junior Secondary School in Mosu. We were happy to contribute to a cause that fosters innovation in the education of Botswana’s future leaders.

Mahotshwane Village Housing Initiative

In December 2025, TEAM Engineers answered the Debswana Diamond Company’s Corporate Social Investment (CSI) programme call to support the development of the Mahotshwane Village community. TEAM proudly committed to the housing project by donating a 9m × 6.4m two-roomed accommodation unit, valued at P500,000, to serve as residential housing for the police officer and nurse stationed at the village.

We provided the complete solution, from the design and manufacture of the mobile unit to its supply, transportation and successful delivery.

Gabane DHMT Donation

In support of the Gabane District Health Management Team (DHMT), TEAM donated a 6m × 3m mobile office unit, complete with a handwash basin, to be used as a dedicated child weighing and assessment room, helping to enhance maternal and child healthcare services. Through partnerships such as these, we remain committed to making a meaningful contribution to the well-being of communities across Botswana.

Pudulogong Rehabilitation and Development Centre Shelters

In partnership with the Pudulogong Rehabilitation and Development Centre for the Blind located at Mochudi, TEAM undertook the refurbishment of the centre’s feeding hall to provide a more comfortable and welcoming environment for its beneficiaries.

The project also included the installation of accessibility handrails to improve mobility and independence, as well as the construction of two visitor shelters, complete with seating benches and lighting. This initiative reflects our commitment to creating spaces that are not only functional but also inclusive.
