An all rounded Engineer, Project Management professional and an exceptional leader with strong business acumen and a wealth of experience in various environments including manufacturing, sales, human resources management, plant maintenance, engineering design and project management. With a postgraduate career spanning over two (2) decades, Unoda served as a Project Engineer at Arup Consulting Engineers then G4 Consulting Engineers, and at BCL Limited (Mining and Smelting) assuming the position of a Projects Superintendent prior to joining Team Engineers (Pty) Ltd.

At TEAM, Unoda’s prime responsibilities are organisational development, strategy formulation, strategy execution and to provide leadership to the whole company. He oversees conception and implementation of systems of control, work methods, information flow, policies and procedures, as well as ensuring high level of discipline within the company. Unoda holds BEng. Mechanical and Automotive Engineering and MSc Project Planning and Management both conferred by the University of Bradford, UK. He also underwent University of Johannesburg’s 12 months Leadership Development Programme (LDP).

An enthusiastic and highly motivated individual who has a clear understanding of the role and responsibilities associated with business development. Having the ability to provide support for multiple concurrent priorities, Kay is able to establish, maintain and develop effective working relationships with internal service users, operational teams, customers and suppliers. Growing around the company as a family business back then, Kay possesses a broad range of technical and personal effectiveness and an immense passion for the growth and success of the company.

Kay is in charge of all company computerised systems and also leads the rental, warehousing and procurement departments. Kay holds a part qualification in Bachelor Public Administration and Organization Science from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, Netherlands, and a Diploma in International Business Management Studies from Saxion Hogeschool, Enschede, Netherlands. Subsequent to his studies abroad, Kay spent 6 months at FSM South Africa, TEAM’s business partner, where he gained skills in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), product development, warehouse management and relationship management with suppliers and customers.

Mr. Odirile has worked on a number of civil engineering projects in both Botswana and Namibia as a civil engineer, project manager and general manager of some of the biggest firms in the country, where he was recognized for driving technical development in the civil engineering field. He holds a BTech Civil Engineering degree from Namibia University of Science and Technology and a National Diploma in Project Management. He possesses experience in delivering complex multi-disciplinary projects within highly regulated environments (ISO 9001:2015), which has helped him become adept in developing stable, high quality and cost-effective structural innovations.

As an ambitious and capable individual, he has gained expertise in almost every corner of the construction profession with the use of Computer Construction Software (CCS) and Build Smart. He has also gained experience in Internal Quality Auditing and Root Cause Analysis, covering audit types, roles and phases, ISO 19011:2011 and ISO 9001:2015 Standards, QMS Principles, Brainstorming and Fishbone Diagrams, the Incident Causation Model as well as preventive and corrective action.

Caroline is a Chartered Accountant, an Associate member (ACA) with the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), and the Botswana Institute of Chartered Accountants (BICA). She further holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy from the University of Botswana.

With over a decade of experience in accounting advisory, financial management, audit oversight, taxation, treasury, internal controls, and IFRS reporting, Caroline has supported organizations across multiple industries with financial reporting, corporate governance, strategic advisory, and business transformation.

As Financial Controller, she is responsible for driving TEAM’s commercial performance through strategic financial management, operational excellence, business development, and corporate governance. She works closely with the leadership team to enhance financial stewardship, optimise business performance, strengthen internal controls, and support the delivery of the Company’s long-term strategic objectives.

Her expertise extends beyond finance into commercial strategy, organisational effectiveness, and governance.

A Technical Sales Manager with a background in Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering, Kutlo holds a BEng. Industrial Engineering degree from University of Botswana. He specializes in driving sales through technical expertise and strategic client alignment. He is experienced in overseeing project execution from planning to completion while optimizing operational workflows, and has recently completed the Oxford Strategic Management Executive Programme at Saïd Business School (2026), strengthening his ability to integrate high-level strategic vision with technical execution, manage key stakeholders, and lead sustainable business growth.

Patience is a seasoned chartered accountant with the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA), Associate Certified Professional Accountant (ACPA), and Association of Accounting Technicians (AAT). She leverages over 11 years of experience in financial accounting and reporting, internal audit, and developing and implementing internal controls and risk management. Prior to joining Team Engineers, she worked in private companies with a presence in Botswana and the Southern Africa region, across retail, environmental services and the tourism sector.

Patience is responsible for planning, developing, managing and maintaining an accurate record of the financial transactions of the business. She is responsible for driving financial governance by overseeing compliance, risk identification and mitigation, and reporting within the Finance Division.

Vincent is an astute Civil Engineer with a keen eye for detail and astounding problem solving skills. With over 22 years’ experience in the design, construction and project management of the built environment, Vincent oversees product development, special projects planning and execution, and coordinates research and development with our business partner in South Africa, FSM.

Vincent acquired his extensive engineering experience working on various projects and in companies both locally and internationally. He has been with Team Engineers (Pty) Ltd for 17 years and, as one of the longest serving members of the management team, Vincent is the company’s Lead Engineer and serves more as a consultant on the technical aspects of all departments on the value chain. He obtained his B.Sc Civil Engineering degree at Windesheim University, Zwolle, Netherlands, and an M.Sc. in Construction Management at South Bank University, London, UK.
